Having a bank card simplifies the process of booking and receiving discounts offered on our website. You don’t need a credit card; a regular payment card that allows internet transactions will suffice. It’s important that the card has a 3-digit Card Security Code. If you don’t have a card, please contact us for bank transfer details.
A deposit is collected for each participant in the diving program. Typically, it amounts to 15 euros, 10 euros for snorkeling and kayaking, and 80 euros for diving courses.
We take cash payments at the Diving Center office, which allows us to offer discounts as part of our Best Price Policy. Please note that payment must be made the day before the activity begins. Make sure you have enough cash prepared in advance.
To offer our customers the best prices for dives in Tenerife, we have moved our sales and information services to online self-service booking. While you can still make a booking at our office, please note that we do not offer any price discounts for bookings made in person!
You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before the activity without losing your deposit. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details. If you need assistance, contact us.
To submit a complaint, please use the Complaint Form. Before doing so, please review the rules that you accepted when making your booking, such as the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please note that we reserve the right to respond within 14 days.
Prepare yourself as if you were going to the beach. We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, drinking water, and snacks. Payment of fees should be made on the first day before diving, so please have cash prepared. You can safely leave your personal belongings in a locker at the Diving Center.
The reservation price covers all services provided by us, with no hidden costs. Customers have the option to purchase any additional services they want.
Returning customers can use the discount code they received during their previous booking. Here’s how:
- Select the services you want and click “Book Now.”
- Look for the icon with a link in the upper right corner and click on it to view your basket.
- On the Cart page, you’ll find a space to enter your discount code.
- Enter the code and click “Apply Coupon.” Check if the price has been reduced.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete your booking by providing your personal details.
By following these steps, you can finalize the booking with the updated price.
There are many diving organizations to choose from. The two largest ones worldwide are SSI and PADI, and their certifications are valid everywhere. Although there are some differences in course names and training procedures, they don’t matter much for students and certified divers. Most courses offered by both organizations are similar, and that’s why we include them in our offerings. The main difference is that PADI courses are slightly more expensive due to student registration costs. When booking, you can choose which organization you prefer. Some programs are only available through one federation.
