Who can enroll in a diving course and which one to choose?

Do you wish to go underwater and learn this wonderful sport? Then you comply with the main requirement to start diving! Anyone above 10 years old can enroll in a course and get a diving license. Among programs for beginners, the most recommendable one is the Open Water Diver (OWD) course. With just 2-3 days of training, you will be ready to dive independently down to 18 meters. You will learn basic knowledge of scuba diving and the skills needed to dive safely. If, for any reason, you can’t enroll in this course, you can choose the Scuba Diver course that lasts only one day and will allow you to dive down to 12 meters. For those who would like to experience diving without getting licensed, we offer a program called Basic Diver / DSD, and in just half a day, you can get a diploma confirming your diving achievement.
On the contrary, if you are willing to not stop at the first stage, you should choose the promotional offer of OWD+AOWD and complete two courses in a row, reaching a depth of 30 meters in the second course.

SSI Diving Organization.

At our diving center Dive Spot in Tenerife, we offer training from of the largest diving organization in the world SSI – Scuba Schools International. Certificates issued by these organization is accepted all over the world.

E-Learning – Your training online

Don’t waste time! In our diving center, you can complete online diving training for all levels. You can do it at any convenient time, even in the evening, at your own home. After booking, you will receive e-learning access from us. You will only need to perform underwater skills and diving when you come to us.

How to make a reservation

Before you start, please read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. To make a reservation, you will need a bank card to pay a small deposit. If you do not have a card or you have problems with online payment, please contact us, and we will arrange a different payment method. Remember that promotional prices are valid only for online bookings made at least one day before the dive.

Read the following tips and explanations:

The booking window is on the top right side of this page.
Select the diving course you want to do. Enter the number of participants for the appropriate option.

Additional options. Mark additional options that you would like to add to your order.

Photos and videos of your first dive. If you want the instructor to do an underwater photo shoot for you, select “Yes, please”.

Transfer. If you need transportation from your hotel and back, you can order it with an additional fee in two different tourist areas. If your place of stay is not covered on the map, please contact us. We can arrange individual transportation for you. You can check the transport zone map here.

Date. Select the date of your dive. We reserve the right to change the time for better organization of our work in the diving center. Our assistant will confirm your booking with detailed information.

Checkout and Cart

If your order is ready, press “Book Now”. You will be transferred to the Checkout page.
If you want to make changes to your booking, you will find the Basket icon which at the top of the page, which will take you to your Cart. If you have a discount coupon for regular customers, you can apply it in the cart and proceed to checkout.
Checkout page – Billing Details. On this page you will fill in your personal data: first name, last name, phone number (don’t forget the prefix, which is your country code), email address (for booking confirmation), the language you speak best, and additional languages you can communicate in (choose from the list. If you know more, please write them in the comments).

Pick up point. If you ordered a paid transfer service from the hotel, please enter the exact full name of the hotel, including the city. If you stay in an apartment, enter the exact address: street and number, city, zip code, name of the building, and Google location, if possible.

Additional Information. Enter any relevant information you want to inform us about in this section.

Payment.

Enter your bank card details and pay the deposit. You will receive an automatic confirmation to your email about the payment and pending process status.
Then, our assistant will confirm the reservation and inform you about the details. Please note that there may be minor changes to your order, such as the start time or hotel pick-up time. Sports activities are subject to last-minute changes, so please make sure to keep your phone handy in case we need to contact you. If you have any issues with booking or payment, please contact us.
