Cancellation policy:
A1. Cancellation or Change of Reservation:
- If you cancel or change your reservation 24 hours before the start, you will receive a full refund of the prepayment.
- If the organizer cancels or changes your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the prepayment.
- Cancellation for less than 24 hours will result in no refund of the prepayment.
- Changes in the reservation made by 6pm the day before will not result in a loss of the prepayment.
- Cancelling or making changes after the activity has started will not result in a refund.
B1. Weather:
- Only the guide has the authority to cancel the activity due to unsuitable weather conditions. In some situations, participants may be given a choice.
B2. Illness:
- If you are unable to participate due to your own health condition, the same cancellation rules apply.
C1. Diving Packages:
- Regardless of the reason for cancellation and the limitations of the diving package, the previous rules apply.
- Cancellation or change of booking is allowed until 6pm the day before. Otherwise, the next day will be charged in full.
- In case of cancellation of part of the package, you will be charged at the non-discounted prices, even if you booked online.
- We do not divide the package into single dives or transfer dives to another day.
- If you only completed one dive during the day, the payment will be calculated for the whole day, including two dives.
D1. Diving Courses:
- Regardless of the reason for cancellation and the limitations of the diving course, the previous rules apply.
- We do not extend or divide the course by changing the planned standards. Additional days and dives will be charged separately.
- Cancellation or change of booking is allowed until 6pm the day before. Otherwise, the next day will be charged in full.
- In case of course limitation, you will be charged a rate of 150 euros for each training day, regardless of the intensity and number of dives.
E1. Reasons for these Policies
- These rules are in place to protect the company from losses associated with personal circumstances of clients.
- Each booking incurs costs for the company, such as employee contracts, limited space allocation, and financial activities.
- Cancelling the dive does not reduce these costs, and therefore, the customer may be charged partially or in full. If the service cannot be performed, the company covers the losses and provides a full refund.
F1. Requesting a Refund:

If there are other factors and circumstances not mentioned, you have the right to request a refund of all or part of the payment.

Please note that the refund process is not immediate. The company reserves 14 days to perform necessary internal identification and decision-making procedures. This includes obtaining opinions from the instructor/guide, the responsible manager, and the recognition and approval of the top manager. Refunds will be made to the electronic account provided by the customer and will not be issued in cash, even if the payment was made in cash.
G1. Compliance with Spanish Law:
- All rules stated above comply with the law in Spain. In the event of disagreement, both parties have the right to seek legal resolution through appropriate legal and judicial institutions.
